USE FEDERAL CREDIT UNION

I have been fairly forgiving considering my paperwork was incorrectly filed and I was issued a card with my father's name on it but only because you all were so quick to admit fault and then attempted to mend the situation. I was very patient during the entire process of fixing that issue since I had to go out of my way to a physical location 3 different times due to your own mistakes. However, I think my time with USE may be coming to an end soon. This time you've "closed" my debit card and I just got my paycheck today. I have not received a notification other than their 2nd app that they have to which you can supposedly control your card however mine is not telling me it is active. Here's the thing that bothered me though, I had to look for this alert through the app after my card had declined while I was trying to get food. I never received an email or even a push notification that my card was inactive. Regardless of if they may have flagged anything fraudulent and shut it off, I should've been notified. I have two kids to feed. This is not okay.

Worse bank ever. Between Lisa Keenan, Linda Thomas, crystal scott, and Asia…I don’t know who was the worst. The manager ordered a replacement debt card and after the ETA given the card didn’t arrive. I escalated cause I needed money immediately during the pandemic and they got rude with me, lied, hung up the in my face twice for asking for their superiors. They then told me to close my account out. Then randomly, without formal notice they shut off all access to my checking and savings. I contacted the office of the president and no response.

We have been with this credit union for several years now. We have been very please with the level of customer service we have received. When it comes to the security of your account, they truly care and will not treat you like a number. Their security department is "on it"! The times that someone has gotten "my number", they have quickly secured it. I will go for a little incovenience and a phone call rather than money out of my account that I'm not spending myself!

We've been a member of this USE Credit Union for many, many years - They are the BEST! When we moved to Georgia some 20+ years ago, we stayed with the credit union, they were a part of our family and had assisted us through many financial needs over the years in raising our family. A Special Thanks - I don't know what we would have done without you all.

Do not conduct business with this Credit Union, especially with Kimberly Tiger. She will lie to you, treat you like you are a criminal and an alien. I deeply regret coming to this place and allow this terrible woman to assist me. She was so unprofessional and she talks down on me like I was there to beg for services. Stay away from this credit union, especially this horrible Kimberly Tiger......she is lucky I gave this a 1 star review.
